UTEP’s 2nd Ordinary General Assembly Was Held in Istanbul

The General Assembly commenced with the opening speeches of our UTEP President, Mr. Sami Bektaş, and AK Party Ordu Deputy, Mr. Mustafa Hamarat, who is also the Chairman of the UTEP High Advisory Board.

Following the opening speeches, Mr. Mustafa Hamarat chaired the session as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Within the scope of the General Assembly, the activity and financial reports of the previous term’s board of directors were evaluated, proposals for amendments to the articles of association were discussed and voted on, and the board of directors was discharged.

In the continuation of the meeting, the election of the new board of directors was carried out, and presentations were made.

The General Assembly was successfully completed after the session in which the members expressed their wishes and opinions.
